Online Regular Meeting of the Waverly Board of Education

The Waverly Community School district is seeking applications for the current vacant position on the board of education.  An individual will be appointed to fill this vacant position until the fall of 2024 election results are officially certified.  The appointee may choose to run for the remaining 2 years left on this term in the election on November 5, 2024.  If you have questions, please call Waverly Central Office at 517-321-7265.

Interested persons must submit a letter expressing interest in the board position, along with their qualifications for the position, to the district office at 515 Snow Road, Lansing 48917, no later than 4:00 pm on January 24, 2024.

Following a review of the submitted materials, the board will schedule interviews with selected candidates.  Not all candidates for the board vacancy will be interviewed.  If you have any questions concerning the role of the board of education and the responsibilities of a board member, please contact Kelly Blake, Superintendent of Schools, at 517-321-7265 or kblake@waverlyk12.net.
